Black Mental Health Youth Justice ClinicianThe Newmarket African Caribbean Canadian Association (NACCA) is seeking a dedicated Black Mental Health Youth Justice Clinician to join our growing mental health team. This role supports Black children, youth and families across York Region through culturally responsive, healing-centered mental health care.
Working in collaboration with NACCA and York Hills, the clinician will provide individual, family and group counselling while also supporting youth justice mentorship and restorative pathways for Black youth navigating systemic barriers. The position combines clinical practice, advocacy and community engagement to promote healing, empowerment and long-term wellbeing. Rooted in Africentric values and community wisdom, NACCA’s mental health services address trauma, anxiety, grief, systemic barriers and racial trauma through culturally grounded therapeutic approaches. Now Hiring: Grant Writing & Fund Development Consultant
NACCA is seeking proposals from qualified consultants or firms to serve as a Grant Writing & Fund Development Consultant. The purpose of this engagement is to develop and implement a structured, multi-year fundraising and financial sustainability framework that strengthens NACCA’s revenue diversification and internal fund development capacity.
The selected consultant will be responsible for producing a three-year fundraising strategy, leading priority grant submissions, generating donors, grants and establishing functional donor and grant tracking systems. This engagement is intended to increase the organization's grant and donor base along with the sustainability of its internal infrastructure and revenue forecasting capabilities towards positioning NACCA for long-term financial resilience and growth.
Proposal Deadline: March 20, 2026
Contract Value: $25,000 + HST
Qualified consultants are invited to review the full RFP and submit proposals by the deadline.
